Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 181 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is what I had today. For breakfast cereal no milk and water. for lunch a sandwhich with maynosse, 6 chips, water, 90 cal bar, watermelon this time I only took like a pinch of salt. For supper a small hamburger with 2 pickles and ketchup with a small fry and a mintute maid lemondae. For exercse 10 min soccer, 20 min soccer and later probly walking. I hope. I hid my scale last night so that way I cna't weigh myself in the morning in the bathroom. This weekend Im gonna see if my cousin wants to go walking or running with me. How did I do. PLease reply.

Definitely listen to Lyndsay. But I might say that you did much better than last time with eating. : ) Keep up the good work though!

Are you trying to be healthy by not having milk in your cereal? You should have 1/2 a cup 1% milk in it it's good for you! HELLO CALCIUM! Mayonaise is terrible and chips are no good but since you only had 6 that's okay. The hamburger would be okay as long as it was a whole-wheat bun and you need more veggies and fruit.
