Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 128 lb, Goal: 117 lb - feedback please. Breakfast: honey-nut cheerios w/1% milk & a banana; Lunch: 2 graham crackers w/peanut butter & strawberries & sugar-snap peas & peach juice; Snack: apple; Dinner: Boca sloppy joe on whole-wheat bun & 1% milk; Total Calories= About 1,240. Excercise: 20 minute jog & 30 minute walk. Rate on a 1-10 scale. Thanks!
