Reply from Lyndsay, Age 15 - 05/10/07 - IP#: 71.121.192.xxx you've heard this before but jogging is great excercise! build up your stamina and try to do it a couple times a week. bike-riding is also great- get outside the weather is great. walking is a very good excercise too but you should do other things as well.
