Reply from Lyndsay, Age 15 - 05/11/07 - IP#: 71.121.192.xxx that's bad. you need more fruits and veggies. too much bread. for breakfast you should have 1 dairy, 1 grain, 1 fruit. Example: healthy cereal w/skim milk & fruiit. or a multi-grain waffle w/peanut butter, fruit, & a cup of skim milk.
