Ht. 5'5", Start: 255 lb, Today: 255 lb, Goal: 125 lb - HEY EVERYONE!..MY NAME IS ALYSSA AND I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH MY WEIGHT FOR SUM TIME NOW......IT SEEMED LIKE I TRIED EVERYTHING BUT IT JUS DUZNT WORK...I CRY SO MUCH ALL THE TIME BKUZ I JUS CANT HELP MYSELF I JUS LUB FOOD TOOOO MUCH....PPLZ DNT MAKE FUN OF ME AT SKOO OR NUTHIN CUZ I DNT EVEN LOOK THAT FAT! BUT I AM HUGE!!!!! oh and I forgot to mention ....I know it's surprising that I forgot to mention something after that humongo comment but here it is: Eat whole wheat and eliminate all white foods from your diet.

If you tried everything and stuck to it, it would have worked. So you really didn't. Fad diets are too complicated in my opinion so try to ignore those unless you have the discipline to stick with it all the way through. Just do what works for you. Ignore all the people that make fun of you. They are just low beings with nothing better to do. Don't let them make you cry. Don't exercise RIGHT after you eat breakfast, you have to give it some time...like about a half hour to an hour atleast. Try to get lots of aerobic exercise in and eat in small portions. I eat small meals every 3 hours and I don't eat anything after 7:30 pm. Eating every 3 hours will boost up your metabolism which will help you lose weight faster. Drink LOTS of water and substitute coke with diet coke. Treat yourself once in a while but remember, alwayss small amounts. If you're craving chips or something, don't eat directly from the bag. Place a handful in a bowl. If you're craving chocolate, try to eat dark chocolate instead. Eat a variety of fruits, vegtables, meat, etc to balance out your meals and nutrition. Don't eat three hours before going to bed. Walk after your meals for digestion. Be active, if you're watching TV, try to break out some squats or pushups during commercials. Chew all of your food and eat slowly, be concious of what's going in your mouth. Don't rush with your meals. Plan your meals beforehand. ALWAYS eat breakfast, studies say that people who don't eat breakfast weigh MORE than people who do. It's the first meal of the day and it gives you the energy you need. Don't judge yourself, don't say you're ugly, fat, monsterous or worthless. Think positive and positive things will happen. Don't be obsessed with the scale (I was in the beginning) because remember that losing weight is a gradual process. Before doing all of this. You must make the decision to change your life, to change it for the better and be healthy. Once you make the decision, NO one can stop you. Not even those losers who tease. Ignore all of those people who mock you and soon you'll find yourself to be confident. I've told you all that I know, lol now it's up to you. I've done all of this and lost about 55 lbs so I'm positive that if you work hard at it, you will lose even more. Good Luck!!

You can't have tried everything, because eventually something will work. Don't go on stupid diets, unless you planning on sticking with them your whole life. It's as "simple" as eating healthy and exercising. I used to cry a lot too, but then I started caring about myself more and taking care of my body, and it makes me so much happier. I used to tell myself that I couldn't lose weight because I was addicted to food. I don't know if I was and it doesn't really matter, but food is my drug. I use it to cope with most of my feelings. I thought of myself as being like a drug addict whos trying to stop using drugs, and I used to think it must be so easier for them, but it's not it's hard ass work. Everyday is a struggle with food, but everyday you get stronger.

I know it get's frusterating. Just tell your self by next summer im gonna get into a bikini and look like those other girls
