Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I don't understand. I have been trying to eat healthy. I put my scale away since WEdnesday. Today is Saturday. The scale said that I gained 2 pounds. But I have been doing soccer and other cardio for like 60 min a day. Like yesterday I played soccer for one hour. I don't understand what's going on of course I did eat late last night like midnight. Would that mess up my scale. Ok so 2 morrow im gonna weigh my self and write it down and not weight my self until the end of the month

Try not to focus on the scale too much, but rather how your clothes are fitting. You could be gaining muscle. Also if you must weigh yourself, do it once a week at the same time, first thing in the morning is best, to get a more accurate weight. =)

It's probably just your weight flunctuating. When you work out and the scale says that you gained weight, it's confusing but it's just flunctuation or maybe you're gaining muscle? don't worry about. Keep working hard and the lbs will melt off gradually! :)
