I do okay eating wise during my day until about 2 p.m. Then, I go into major snacking mode until bedtime. It's awful! Ive tried everything and nothing works. I usually end up duck-taping my mouth shut. haha.. And to make it all worse, I'm not losing weight! I'm exercising like a maniac and despite the snack attacks, I do pretty well on my diet..I've been lifting lots of weights but it doesnt look like i've put on muscle...it just makes me feel even fatter. And does anyone know how to get rid of love handles? I'm sick of mine hanging over my jeans. yuck!

Reply from Lyndsay, Age 15 - 05/12/07 - IP#: 71.121.192.xxx walking, jogging...any excercise really works your lovehandles. try sugar-free jello. make a big box of it and you can eat a huge bowl of it and it's only 80 calories...or a small box and it's only 40 calories. hehe!
