From Amanda, Age 18 - 05/13/07 - IP#: 63.135.14.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 215 lb, Goal: 175 lb - I SUCK. yesterday, being friday, i decided to let myself cheat, since my parents came home with pizza. i was like ugggggh its gonna ruin all my hard work but then i gave in. but i didnt stop there, i had like 5 coolers with my friend, and then got the after-drunk munchies, and ate more pizza. Today i was like ok im gonna start again... well i didnt. i drank sugary juice, ate tacos and ice cream. I cant believe i messed up. i was so determined. i think i gained a pound but i didnt weigh myself right when i woke up it was later in the day, i probably still had food in me. i dunno. this sucks though.. i hope i can get back on track without feeling like i totally blew it and cant start again... :S

I usually do good in the week and then i party too hard on the weekend but i wouldn't change it for anything! Just get back in the zone and keep ur head up, u'll do great!
