Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 143 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Well, I weighed myself today...I'm down to about 142.5! I still can't believe it sometimes; I mean, I don't remember the last time I weighed this, and when I did, it was an unhealthy weight for my height and age. I'm only 3 pounds away from being in the healthy weight range! Coming here has really helped, and I hope all of you have success in whatever your goals are!!! Good luck!!!

To Kara- I wish I had a special secret to how I did it, but unfortunately, I don't. Ya know, I just did the classic "diet and exercise thing" :) I wish you lots of luck!

I'm not exactly sure how long it took for me to lose the first 20, but I went from about 170 to my current weight in a little over 3 months I think.
