As for shirts, I know that I only have a few shirts that are actually a lot noticeably bigger, and I've lost a little over 45 pounds. Many shirts are made of a stretch material as well, so it takes longer for them to really feel bigger. Don't worry, in no time, all your clothes will be falling off of you! (That of course means SHOPPING!!!) lol
