Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 143 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Haha, so I've got a random food idea of the day. So if any of you love mashed potatoes, you might like this. Boil some cauliflower, then mash it until it's soft and smoothe(like actual mashed potatoes). Then add toppings like fat-free sour cream, spray butter, turkey bits(instead of bacon bits), and Mrs. Dash. It tastes really good, and has hardly any calories(if you don't go too crazy on the toppings), especially when compared to real mashed potatoes.

hey sarah my stepmom makes those all the time she got the recipe from a book and they taste great
