Reply from Alyssia, Age 17 - 05/14/07 - IP#: 165.139.169.xxx I cook my food completely seperate from my family. They don't eat very healthily. I feel for you. My brothers are always calling me fat. It just pisses me off. It's like, I've lost 61 pounds yet I still get treated like crap. Plus my brothers are all fat aswell, so it's like...hello? I just can't wait until the day when I weigh in at 159, and then at 140. : ) At 159, I will be at a healthy weight, and then 140 is my goal. Keep going. They won't be able to call you fat one day. : )
Reply from Claire, Age 18 - 05/14/07 - IP#: 64.131.205.xxx what a mean brother! just tell him off. You don't deserve to be treated that way. If your parents add fat to food then cook it on your own. That's what I started doing, even though my family is very supportive. I like to make my own healthy meals too. And you can use Olive oil if not butter. That's what I use. Don't let them bring you down! Good Luckkk
