In order to lose weight you need to both eat right and exercise. First off, eating. For breakfast, eat something that will keep you full til lunch (since you are probably in school and don't have snack time anymore.). Try whole grain cereal with skim milk, like Cheerios. Add Equal or Splenda if you need to sweeten it. You could also use regular sugar, only using a little. For lunch, try a salad or sandwich. If your school serves healthy lunches, get one of those. When you get home, try apples and peanut butte or apples and cheese. That should hold you over til dinner. You want to eat lean meats and vegies for dinner. Chicken, salad, and other vegetable (brocolli, carrots, etc) are good. If you must have a dessert after, fat free chocolate pudding and light whipped cream if really good, with not many calories. That's all you should need to eat each day, but if you feel the need to eat, drink water. LOTS OF WATER! Try limiting yourself to one treat a week. Pick a day, like Saturday or Sunday, to treat yourself to ONE piece of junkfood. ONE donut, cookie, etc
Now for exercise. You want to do at least 40 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of weights, and 10 minutes of stretching. I use Turbo Jam, which is amazing! You get really high energy, calorie-burning workouts, as well as an ab workout and sculpting workout. Check it out. Try using a treadmil or other workout machine (if you have one). Cheap ways to workout, go for a walk/jog/run (FREE!), but some dumbells (I got my set for like, $12) or a jumprope, which burns a lot of calories and can be fun. Even hula hoops! Sticking to exercise is hard, so do something that you look forward to and is fun for you.
PS. Bigger people have faster metabolisms and burn more calories because our bodies have to function and move carrying more weight than smaller people. A way to boost your metabolism is to lift weights (muscle burns calories even when you aren't working out) and eat 5 small meals a day. Ask your parents to stop bringing in junk food, or at least ask them to buy single servings of the junk, so there isn't any leftover for you to grab!
I know it's long, but I hope I helped! Any more questions, just ask me!
