Ht. 5'5", Start: 145 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - first of all, my starting weight and current weight are switched so it will let me post. well i typed a whole long post earlier today and then it didnt work, so i'm typing it again. so yesterday was my 15th birthday and i basically ate like crap all weekend cause my mom bought my favorite snacks + cake and ice cream and stuff. i'm trying not to beat myself up though, cause it was my birthday. i tried to get back on track today, i just did 15 minutes jump-roping. i dont know what to do next week. i'm going on vacation to mexico and its all-inclusive so i can eat whatever i want and as much of it as i want which will be very tempting and i'm afraid i will totally binge that week(not so good when most of the time is spent in a bathing suit!) however, i will be very active scuba diving, swimming, walking, and all that fun vacation stuff. :] any tips on staying healthy in mexico? thanks a lot and good luck everyone!

Don't beat urself up i mean it was ur birthday u gotta indulge a little! But yea if ur like me when i go on vacation i get so caught up with having fun and enjoying the sites and doing all those activites i eat a lot less just cuz i'm super busy so try to do as much as u can y ur there!

Allow yourself to have a little bit of everything that you want to try. Just don't eat a full portion of everything. Be careful and very choosy with what you eat. Good luck!
