I've been on the Atkins diet for two weeks now, and am past the hardest part... and I've lost 10 pounds so far!!! XD So I'm very motivated and doing my best to stay active so that my weight loss will keep up... but I'm looking for some more targeted exercises for my lower abs, hips/sides, backs of my arms and my back to help me tone up a bit. I'm going on vacation in 12 days and I would like to look my best. I know I've got a great start already... I'm just looking to boost my results a little bit and get a little more in shape... does any one have any exercises for any of those areas I'm looking to target???
