Ht. 5'3", Start: 218 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hey all! I've been on the Atkins diet for two weeks now, and am past the hardest part... and I've lost 10 pounds so far!!! XD
So I'm very motivated and doing my best to stay active so that my weight loss will keep up... but I'm looking for some more targeted exercises for my lower abs, hips/sides, backs of my arms and my back to help me tone up a bit. I'm going on vacation in 12 days and I would like to look my best. I know I've got a great start already... I'm just looking to boost my results a little bit and get a little more in shape... does any one have any exercises for any of those areas I'm looking to target??? Any help would be amazingly awesome! Thanks!

Pilates work so well for ur abs and hips and side, i have the zone one so it helps u do all the moves correctly and makes sure u really work them, and then for ur arms if its the back of them try tricep curls!

If you go to Shape.com they have a bunch of different moves that target different areas. Don't forget to do some cardio to get rid of the fat! Otherwise, if pointess having nice abs or defined arms ;]
