Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 125 lb - It seems when I don't weigh my self I gain weight. So this is what I had today. Horrible I know. Breakfast Hardees sandwhich, and hashbrowns,and lemonade almost had pop though. Lunch special K bar, water, sandwhich with a little bit of maynossaeys, and cheetos. For supper 4 chicken mcnuggets(instead of 10 like I usally have), french fries, and some pop, ravilloe, and water, fiber bar. For snack some organge juice and a cookie. For exercses 25 min soccer, 25 min soccer, 14 min regualar exercse. PLEASE TELL ME HOW I DID

I think the most important thing is that u have to try to cut off the fast food, its so tempting and we all cave every now and then but it is so bad for u, watch supersize me every time u get the urge! Good luck!

not to terrible but not too good either try not to do the eating part again but the soccer was exelent
