Ht. 5'10", Start: 182 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 156 lb - well i know im not too much overweight but i used to be much healthier and want to be that way again i've been eating healthy but i have no time to exercise...any tips?

Well what did you weigh and may i suggest walking for atleast 10 minutes a day 30 would be good.
