I've been sneezing the whole day and it's hard to talk so I really wasn't in the mood to do my 4 miles today. I napped instead. One day of slipping won't hurt. Hopefully tomorrow I'll feel better. It's this crazy weather, I tell you! ok I'm done. lol

I was sick last week and skipped out on a workout one day. I felt guilty, and made myself workout the next day, and boy did I feel bad afterwards. I almost threw up, and I wasn't even sick from a stomach ache. I had a soar throat, headache, runny and stuffy nose, and watery eyes. Just make sure you listen to your body. Sleep a lot, it made me feel better.
