I am going to continue working out...any tips on how to decrease cup size? It's really upsetting that the only reason I need a bigger dress is because it won't go over my chest

You might just have to wait for them to slim down with cardio. My legs and butt have slimmed down a ton, but I still have a large stomach, so my body is pretty disportionate. I just have to wait for it to slim down some more. I've lost like 11 inches around my waist, but it is still too large. Umm, for chest exercises, you're going to need to lift weights and probably add some push ups in there.
