Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is what I had today. for breakfast, burrito with eggs, sausage, and peppers in it with mild suace on top of it with some pop and a 1/2 a hash brown. for lunch a sandwhich with maynoosee, water, trix yogurt. For supper 90 cal soup in a container, water, 100 cal pak. For exercse 20 min soccer, 20 min soccer, 20 min softball. How did I do Plus I might do more exercses

basically yeah. Except im really atletic. im trying to do better. but my family buys horrible food

I dunno...still doesn't really sound nutritious. Where are the fruits and vegatables? and by 'pop' do you mean soda? you shouldn't have soda, especially for breakfastt. What did this sandwhich have in it? and it's better to hold the mayo or use light mayo instead. It says that you've lost 18 lbs. Did you lose it by what you eat right now? exercise is good. Good Luck!
