Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 143 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys, do you think that having a piece of low-calorie, low-carb bread with a little sugar-free jelly would be an okay snack? No one ever mentions having bread for a snack, so I was curious. Thanks for the help!
