Ht. 5'7", Start: 297.5 lb, Current: 290 lb, Goal: 180 lb -
School is almost over and I'm really motivated to lose a lot of weight during the summer. I plan on working out everyday. I plan on walking at least 3 miles a day along with doing 100 crunches in the morning and 100 crunches at night. I'm going to try and cut back to 1500 calories at the most a day, although thats just a rough estimate. Hopefully I'll be busy and that'll distract me from eating. Given the amount of exercise I plan to do and my stats (seeing as how the bigger you are, the faster you lose) approximately how much weight do you think I would be able to lose in about 12 weeks.

i dont no a lot about calories per day but i do no that 1200-1500 cal./day is a great amount--------
