Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 125 lb - ................. hey only lost 1 pound this week ... o well at least its a loss and i didnt have my gym membership so i didnt exercise as hard as i normally would .. im renewing it today and my goal is 2 lose 4ish lbs this week and be in the 150's by the end of the month ...... my BMI is 25.4 and healthy is considered 18.5-24.9 wow .5 points away from being healthy which is about 2 lbs!!!!! how exciting u can calculate ur here: http://nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bmicalc.htm

YAH..THANKS FOR THE ADVICE ON THE THROWING UP THING....I JUST DONT KNOW....I FEEL SOOOOO BAD AND I THOUGHT THAT MAYBE IF I TREW UP MY FOOD THEN I WOULD LOSE WEIGHT.
