Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I forgot something (imagine that)...I have a question; What's better...dancing for an hour or walking for an hour? what burns more cals?

It depends on how fast you're walking and whether you're walking on like flat pavement or hiking or whatever. Same with dancing, are you just like dancing around with friends or are you doing actual routines. You know what I mean? The important thing is to pick something you like. And just make sure your heart rate gets up for at least half an hour everyday and you're good. :]

I put on a CD filled with like 20 songs...(all fast) and dance to that and when I'm walking I usually dance using my upper body, that way I don't trip.

depends on what kind of dancing. it'd be better to get a combination of both. the walking would burn about 200 for an hour. not sure about dancing. =)

or what about this...sometimes when I'm walking on the treadmill, I dance at the same time on it lol
