Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 125 lb - ................. CALORIES: 1358, EXERCISE: 145 mins cardio .... i kno i sounds good and the exercise was but the food .. blah ... 500 cals of it was chinese food .. really bad ... but that was just a treat not a usual thing so mmmm .. have 2 lose 4 pounds this week so im killing myself at the gym :P but i love seeing the number go down so its worth it :D ..... hope u r all doing fabulous ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Well considering you had chinese i'm pretty impressed you did that well in calories, good job! Holy cow that would kill me to do that much exercise!
