Ht. 5'1", Start: 150 lb, Today: 135 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hey! It's bathing suit season! JOY! (sarcasm) I REALLY need to lose like 10 pounds FAST. I'm going to a pool party in 2 weeks and I want to look good. HELP!!

all u have 2 do is exercise and eat rite try and keep your calories per day 2 about 1200 and if your really concerned get a swim suit that is made with a "tummy minimizer"

It's really hard to lose 10 pounds in a week. Maybe in 4 weeks. But there is no way if you do you'll gain it back

10 pounds in 2 weeks is unhealthy. Try to lose 5 pounds tops. Excercise almost everyday for an hour doing mostly cardio, drink lots of water, eat healthy. Remember, it doesn't matter how much you weigh- confidence shines. Be confident and you'll be rocking that bikini even if you don't have the best body. =)
