Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I'm gonna weigh my self in the morning and not weigh my self until June. This is what I had today. For breakfast dry cereal and water. For lunch teryaki vegatbles which was like 200 calories, water, and 2 really small donut holes, and some pretzels. For supper South Beach Diet pizza 350 calories, more snack stuff. For exercse 10 min playing basketball, 20 min running around playing ball tag with my cousin, 20 min treadmill and 15 min other stuff

Good job! I like the idea about not weighing youself until june, I was going to do something like that but i usually think i am losing tons then when i get on the scale after a long time i get dissapointed. But i hope it works for you!
