Ht. 5'7", Start: 200 lb, Today: 189 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hey every one I just found this site and I am hoping that this might be just one more thing to help me out. If you can tell I am very large and its because i am the biggest emotional eater that anyone has seen. well here is what I ate today.
Breakfast: breakfast bar that our school has.
Lunch: A salad with a little dressing
Dinner: Salad with chicken and dressing
H2O: 3 24 oz bottles
Is that good? I also am taking these diet pills people tell me not to take them but i feel they work and the make me not want to binge on bad foods. i dont overdose on them like I use to so I think it is okay. Please feel free to tell me what you are thinking call me fat or what ever tell me the truth please and dont hold anything back because that is what my friends do and thats not what i need.

You may want to eat a bit more. I'm sure your total caloric intake didn't reach 1200. The 3 24oz. bottles of water was great. Get some exercise in there. It helps with eating. If I workout I want to eat healthy. I am an emotional eater aswell, but I am getting so much better with it. And if I were you I wouldn't take the diet pills. They aren't good for you. Plus when you lose all the weight, wouldn't it feel better to say that you did it completely on your own?

STOP TAKING THE DIET PILLS. My cousin's wife took diet pills and she looks like crap. Her hair thinned and her skin is horrible. You did good for eating you may want to eat a little more
