Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 233 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I am 15 years old. I don't know why I eat so much. I am trying to lose weight by eating three-four Lean Cuiseans a day with water and veggies. I have an addiction and I don't know how to cut it. My parents tell me eat more veggies. I ate an entire bag of salad without dressing and it didn't phase me at all, I just want more. What I am I to do? Please help.

When i was your age i had the same problem. Try Weight Watchers! I belive that you will have to have a doctors note because you are young but its a really good program that i would recomend to anyone! You get to eat the food you want, Just in moderate portions. "Eat to live, don't live to eat." Remember that quote? I wouldn't suggest eating 3-4 Lean Cuisines a day that's not very good for you. Lean Cuisines are good but not that many a day! Try having a healthy breakfast, healthy lunch, a healthy snack, and Lean Cuisine for dinner with a cup of skim milk. If you are like me and go on binges sometimes try to not let that happen ever again........if you start eating too much find something to do. RESPECT YOURSELF.
