Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 125 lb - ................. ive done so good this week :D today CALORIES: 1140, EXERCISE 20 min walk and 100 mins intense cardio ..... i have so much energy i feel like running home from the gym!! i dont cause of my fear of running in public but i could lol weigh in on sunday so excited to c how much i lost!!! my calves have so much definition its exciting :D ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

( i am really 14... my birthday was jsut recently and i forgot change my age) lydnsy, i feel the exact oppisite lol i run more if no one's watching... u jsut have 2 find what works for u personally.

Why not run in public? It's great it's like "oh look what I'm doing and you aren't.." I pefer to run in public rather then where there aren't people because I'm more likely to keep running longer because if no one is looking I'd probably just give up sooner.

Run when you feel like it!!! I had a fear of running in public just a week ago, but I did it anyway, and now I'm not scared to. : ) I always get urges to run, and I wouldn't before, but now I do. Anyway, keep up the good work!
