Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - know what!! * considering post below * i ran a mile i didnt think i would... i did nyway! skewl gets out 2morrow so ill have mroe time so in the morning i will walk 3 miles, @ night run 1 mile, stretch and crunches ect.. during day... EAT HEALTHY ! =]

it would actually be better to run in the morning and walk at night- it might sound a little strange but there are a couple of reasons-1. running before bed will make you restless when you sleep 2. running in the morning will help get your metabolism running for the day 3. walking at night helps work off extra caloires and relaxes you for bed
