Ht. 5'3", Start: 167 lb, Today: 166 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey I have been trying to lose weight for as long as i can remember but I cant seem to do it and Its really bugging me its like I have all the equipment,food,and inspiration but no WILL POWER. I wish I could say no to wendys and fries but for some reason my body wont let me if I try to do a diet for more than 2 weeks my body will just get tired of eating healthy and I will go back to my old habits and every night when I go to sleep I say ill start over tomorrow but i never do its always tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow I was suppose to be skinny 790 tomorrows ago, So i need help can anyone give me some tips or advice on this if you can then thanks because I want a story for the success stories page but cant reach my goal please help.

wow that sounds like me too! i LOVE wendys but i while trying to lose weight its important to make the healthy low-cal decitions so i get a caesar salad :) its so good just dont use both packets of dressing. then a health salad will turn into 24g of fat! but if you're taking it slow, go ahead and have a LITTLE bit of fries and make sure thats the only bad fat you have that day and exercise extra hard that day/week. mostly all fast food places have healthy alternatives. if you get a salad, order low-fat vinagrette, or just dont use all the dressing. look at the nutrition facts. if it helps, go on to fast food nutrition information and look up the fat and calorie content in the food so you know ahead of time what you can have that wont make you feel guilty. and remember: if you have the burger, skip the fries. go with a side salad. or a small portion of fries, but double the activity. do this and fast food wont be such a dread.

Hey u sound like me!! :-) I love wendys too. I also always do the whole 2morrow will be better thing. Will power is something short term. its not something that can last a long time. U have to get motivated!! Find something thats real important for u to achieve. Like fitting into a pair of pants, maybe getting ur nails done. U can also try a once a week cheat meal. I read this on the biggest loser website so it should work. It keeps u from feeling deprived. Good Luck!!
