She did this for about 60 min a day and lost 60 lb in three months. I have just started this tape and already I have more energy even though I only walk 20 min a day.*STAY STRONG*!!!!!
Reply from michelle, Age 14 - 05/24/07 - IP#: 71.143.10.xxx If you're working for 50 pounds in 3 months, you're going to have to do SOMETHING other than ddr. You will have to be doing running, hopefully, or something like basketball, a sport. DDR is good for backup, but not for your main exercise. It's a good start, though. Good luck!
