Ht. 5'6", Start: 171 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 110 lb - I want to lose 50 pounds this summer. I plan on running, doing aerobics, and swimming everyday, and I'm going to stick to an extremely healthy diet, and I'm really determined. I heard that if you don't eat a certain food for a month you won't like it anymore. Is this true?

i HATE TO BREAK THE NEWS BUT........[IT'S !NOT!] POSSIBLE 2 LOSE 50 POUNDS DURING THE SUMMER!!! MAYBE 20-30 PDS BUT NO MORE THAN THAT!!!

its totally true!! i stopped drinking soda. .then for like a week i really craved it, then after two weeks it got a lot easier, then after a month i didnt even want it anymore.. i felt so great to. im gonna try it with candy which is my worst addiction.. ~A~

good luck! i heard the same thing im not sure if its true, but try it anyway . i know with soda after not drinking it for about 2 months when i just had a sip of it , it burned my throat and i couldnt even drink it anymore
