Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I ate like over 1500 calories which isn't good. But i did do a lot of exercse, i walked all over the grave yards while putting flowers on the graaves, 45 min of tabeo, 13 min on treadmill walking and running, 18 min of dancing around and 12 min of pilates. I wish someone will help i need to get down to 177 by the end of may please help. I work my butt off and it dosn't seem to help.

wow you exercise a lot , ease it down a little bit . its good to work hard but you need a break once in a while.
btw the grave yard thing is cute (:

A little over 1500 calories isn't bad. I eat 1700, and I still lose weight. : )

That's your problem. You work too hard. You won't lose anything if you over-do it like that. Just try 20 minutes in the morning on the treadmill and 20 minutes in the evening on the treadmill. It should work. That's what I do and I will sometimes lose 2lb. in one day.

Don't worry, 1500 cal is not gonna kill ya. You exercised tons (ha i never did any today!). K so you have a few days until the end of day, up your intake of water and maybe add some more weight training (since it always seems like you get tons of cardio), try walking up and down your stairs with dumbells in your hands.
