Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I think I did good today. for breakfast dry cereal and 90 cal bar, water. For lunch hot pocket, 100 cal pak, water. For a snack fat free yogurt. I don't know what's for supper. I hope to have only 1,000 calories today or maybe a little more. For exercse this morning i did 10 mon on treadmill, with 2 min of running, and 10 min pilates. later on tonight im gonna do the same thing and maybe a little bit more. SoI did I do

well personally for me Small snaks I like to eat during the day to keep me from getting too hungry are like- Almonds (some sort of nuts- they have protein to keep you full) even grapes would be good!
