Ht. 5'6", Start: 200 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 135 lb - well i went to my friends for a memorial day bbq , i didnt do so well .. enough said ): i havent been doing good for the past week ... im nervous to weigh myself at the end of this week i dont want to go back up to 200 , i was looking at pictures from the beginning of last year when i was about 170 and i wanted to cry my arms were so skinny and my face wasnt as chubby, i want it back . youd think that would be good motivation seeing those pictures but i just went and ate more . i feel like dieting took over my life completley ,losing weight and food are always on my mind and keeping me from having a good life . i just want the weight gone and i want my life back .

ahh man don't worry about it! you've lost weight so far and as long as you keep the will power you're going to lose even more. Keep the pictures as your goal to look and feel as healthy as you did when you were that weight. I gained 4 lbs too and I yeah this whole dieting thing has made my obsessive about what I put in my mouth but still it's a lifestyle change and don't let it ruin your life...it should better your life. Dieting doesn't mean giving up junk food and eating the things you love. It just means eating everything in moderation. I still eat ice-cream and candy once in a while because we're all teenagers here, these are our sugar eating years! we need to enjoy life so don't be so hard on yourself and trust me, you will succeed...once you're in it, you will definitely win it.
