Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 125 lb - ................... hey every1 .. didnt lose nething this wekk .. very annoyed but i did majorly MAJORLY binge on friday night and saturday so i guess serves me right ...... mmm today im going to post exactly wat i ate instead of just calories .... FOOD- breakfast-pear, 1 piece wholemeal toast w/ butter and vegemite ... snack- watermelon, special K bar ... lunch- ham sandwhich on wholemeal ... snack- 2 rice cakes w/ butter and vegemite, 10 almonds ...dinner- lean cusine chicken rissoto ... dessert- banana, tea TOTAL CALORIES- 1215 ....... EXERCISE- 20min treadmill, 30min eliptical, 10min rower, 30min stepper .. TOTAL- 90mins ...... i think i did good wat do u's think???? ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
