You could even have a bit more calories in your day- 1,200 is the normal recommended minimum ammount. Maybe try healthy choice fudge bars (90 calories) YUMMY and it's hot and we all want ice cream right? LoL.! :)

Try caloriesperhour.com and then click on weight loss calculator. then scroll down to Methods of Calculation and check that out. Keep it up and Good Luck!!
