From Claire, Age 18 - 05/30/07 - IP#: 64.131.205.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I think I did pretty good today so let me do what everyone else does. For breakfast I had my usual a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios with 2% milk. For lunch I had a home made chicken sandwhich in whole wheat bread with lettuce and ketchup. For snack I had an apple and 2 oranges. Dinner I had a mixed bean (kidney beans and garbanzo's) salad. I did a half hour of cardio vascular exercise, my usual 15 minute 1/2 mile walk to school and back, 5 mins of various stretching and 15 mins of lifting weights. How'd I do? I know my exercise was bad but I was really out of it today. I finally didn't binge...I controlled myself this time and I really feel like it's going to go back to normal from here. Tell me how I did!! be brutal if you have to, pull a Simon Cowell for all I care. I need feedback! :)

Remember that you don't need to exercise a LOT everyday, some days you should take it easy and some days you can even just not exercise at all and it's okay. =)
