What the hell is wrong with me??? it seems like everyone on this site is losing weight instead of me. How do you guys control yourselves? I feel like a failure in everything I do.

As long as that doesn't happen too often the occasional slip can actually boost your metabolism. Also, a thing to do if you're craving something (like chocolate) is just wait 15 minutes and it'll go away (unless you're truly hungry.) I've heard if you push on a certain part of your wrist for 15 seconds cravings go away. Accupressure spot or something. Anyway, good luck and congratulations on everything you've already lost!
