Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I don't understand I gained another pound and I workout hard and eat enough calories what am i doing wrong yesterday I had about 1,400 calories and today I had about 1,300 calories. I had 60 min of exercse yesterday and I went shopping for like 4 hours today. I don't under stand somebody help

Dont focus on losing pounds, focus on looking healthy. Maybe you gained MUSCLE...the weight that shows on the scale is always changing, you cant trust it. I don't even use a scale. I know if i'm losing weight because my clothes will start to fall off of me. I weigh myself once a month. Its been working for me! I have already dropped one pants size in 3 weeks...i went from a 14 to a 12 and those are getting loose on me.

maybe you should try more healthy foods are you eating enough protein and vegetables? try to switch ur exercise routine :)
