Ht. 5'5", Start: 146 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - i am so frustarated. i keep making pacts to myself that i really am going to eat right and exercise and i commit myself to it. then, the next time theres food in front of me, my mind totally blocks out those thoughts and i eat junk. and then i completely forget to exercise. like right now its 10pm and i just realized i didnt do cardio today and i cant do it now. i feel so stupid.and i have a question. i understand what people always say about "if you tone before you lose weight you won't be able to see a difference cause the fats covering it up" and i understand the concept, but since i'm not that overweight, will toning make me look any smaller? like, will i lose that little flab below my belly button or is that only through cardio?

You can only lose flab from sum form of cardio and its never to late to work out. I've worked out late b4 in the past. Even if Its for 20mins it'll make u feel better. weight lifting burns fat too but combine it with cardio so that u'll see faster results. Good Luck
