Ht. 5'3", Start: 210 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Im solid, so I dont look how much I weigh. Like if I weighed 500lbs, id look 270.. Anyway, I have a nice figure actually... EXCEPT MY GUT! I cant get that down. What can I do to get that down in 2 1/2 months!?!? Help Me!!

most people think doing lots of ab exercises will help but they can actually make it worse- cardio is this best- especially running - runners lose most weight from their waist do light abs after cardio to help out
