Ht. 5'1", Start: 180 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Okay, so i just turned 15 not too long ago, and i was talking to this guy-but he totally dumped me for this skinny girl. So i'm determined to loose weight and show off how beautiful i can be. We dont really own a scale, so its hard for me to know how much i weigh exactly, but im pretty sure its close to correct. I want to loose 70 pounds, i dont care how long it takes me, but i don't exactly have a good weight loss plan. I fasted for a day, but when i woke up today, i felt dizzy and starved..so im going to do this the healthy way. Anyone know any good exercises to do? I'm also taking green tea pills..and they seem to help me in keeping my energy. Any other help?!

I hate when guys say they like you and then leave you for perfect skinny blond or brown haired girls.

i wouldnt lose 70 pounds because ur on 15 and i weight 110 and i am 13

try and do 30+ mins of cardio a day
