From maddie, Age 18 - 06/10/07 - IP#: 72.202.139.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'3", Start: 155 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hey so im trying to lose about 25 pounds eventually. id like to lose about 10 pounds by the end of the summer....is that possible? it gives me about a month and a half to do this. i dont know much about losing weight so i could use all the help i can get. any ideas or suggestions?? im getting ready to go on vacation for a week and i dont really want to have to wait to start until i get back so im thinking if mayb i just watch how much i eat....we're visiting family and well...they eat alot but im thinking if i just watch my portion sizes ill be ok. what do u guys think?? any tips or exercise ideas

Just try to eat right and workout everyday. Watch what you eat, stay of junk food, no pop. That's pretty much it. It's all up to you.
