Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 127 lb, Goal: 117 lb - Breakfast: Reese's puff cereal w/ milk & a banana; Lunch: beef enchilada w/beans & rice & lettuce & salsa; Snack: plum & sugar-free jello pudding; Dinner: gardenburger pattie w/swiss cheese & salad w/low-fat dressing & cup of 1% milk; Dessert: healthy choice fudge bar; Exercise: 20 minutes cross trainer, weight lifting, 1 hr volleyball. bah.
