Ht. 5'3", Start: 150 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 110 lb - I honestly am not disgusted with my weight im really not that big a do have a lot of muscle but its covered with a little fat i dont eat to unhealthy i meen i eat a lil bit of sugar and my doctor doesnt tell meh i need to lose weight but i dont know how my scale says i weigh so much and on the weight calculator it says im overweight so i guess i need to lose some weight i meen it wouldn hurt i guess i want to be like one of those skinny gurls so any1 have any ideas for meh to lose weigt

Be more resanable for yourself. If your 5'3" and have a lot of muscle. 110 pounds is a pretty low goal weight.

first off if you have a lot of muscle thats why the scale says you weigh more. muscle does weigh more than fat. other than that if you dont eat that unhealthy as it is then just mayb exercise a little more.
