Ht. 5'2", Start: 158 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 130 lb - so what do u guys think breakfast: kashi go lean waffle lunch:turkey sandwich on wheat, orange, 80 cal yogurt snack: sugar free popsicle-15 calories. then i havent had dinner yet.

Sounds like you did great. Just make sure if you have syrup on your waffles to make it the sugar free stuff and skip the butter. Keep up the great work!!
